Did you take the Buy Handmade pledge? There are over 8,000 people signed up on the Buy Handmade.org website and I'm seeing evidence of the campaign to support artisans pop up everywhere. It is really very exciting.
For instance--do you have an etsy shop or shop on etsy? Here's an easy way to browse the spinning items available on etsy--on the etsymini.blogspot.com website.
Or on Flickr.com you can join the Buy Handmade.org group and upload a photo of yourself or your craft with the "I buy handmade" pledge.

We've taken the "I took the handmade pledge". It is part of the Buy Handmade campaign--a non-profit effort to encourage shoppers to support artisans by buying their handmade products. How exciting to see making things by hand promoted and encouraged.
