SHIPPING
If
you are coming by air, we recommend that you ship your wheel and
equipment ahead to make your air travel easier. You are responsible for
packing up any leftovers and preparing them for return shipment. Please
bring packing tape and shipping labels for your boxes. Find the
shipping address on the enclosed checklist. The Inn at Pocono Manor
will receive and store your boxes prior to the conference. Please ship
to arrive between October 1 and your arrival at SOAR.
