Well, we had an overwhelming registration response today - we're very glad that things are running smoothly and that you seem to really like our new online registration process! We tried to make it as easy and pain-free as possible, and we hope you think so too!
We've received several questions about when the SOAR roommate list will be available to participants interested in finding roommates. We plan to email the roommate listing out on June 1. Keep in mind that you will only receive the listing if you indicated during registration that you'd like to be on the list. Also remember that we only compile the list - it's up to those listed to find roommates and make lodging reservations.
We understand that due to last year's rooming snafu people are anxious to get lodging reservations confirmed. Please rest assured that there are plenty of rooms available at the Sunriver Resort!
