When is the spring issue available?

on Mar 20, 2009 10:04 AM

Hi! The Spring Issue has been mailed to subscribers (the mail date was March 13th) and we've heard from readers who have received it. It'll be On Sale on the newsstands March 31st.

Hi,

I subscribed on March 19th. Does that mean that the first edition I will get will be the summer one? Or will the free trial issue be the spring issue ?

If not, is it possible to buy back issues?

Jerry

Hi Jerry,

I think your subscription will start with the Spring 2009 issue, but if I'm wrong, you can purchase the Spring issue by clicking on the buy this issue button above.

Best wishes,

Amy

My issue hasn't arrived yet. Mailservice to the Netherlands has been changed from TNT to a local service called Sand. They allow their "postmen" to hold on to the mail untill they have enough to make the run worthwile.

I'm sure it hasn't been delayed by shipping to Europe because  last sunday I spoke to someone in Germany that had it weeks ago.

Will you please, please look into this and change back to TNT mail. Last year every issue arrived around the official On Sale date and I loved that.

What happened to the "coming next issue" thingy that gave us clues about the next one???

Hi Spin off

I'm wondering if you got my last email which I posted last Monday. I joined on March 10th this year so its 8 months since I've joined and still I have not received a single magazine. Last week I requested that you reimburse me to cost of two years subscription but got absolutely no reply. I wonder whether I'll ever get a spin off or my money back? Or maybe I'll be spun off into the world of cyber space- never to be sent a spin off again. I've been a customer since 1998- a long time  for loyalty. So I'm really disappointed that things have gone so pear shaped. I've sent four emails to you about this. I wonder would you do me the courtesy of replying with a solution to this problem by the end of this week please?

thanks

Chris
