I'm wondering if you got my last email which I posted last Monday. I joined on March 10th this year so its 8 months since I've joined and still I have not received a single magazine. Last week I requested that you reimburse me to cost of two years subscription but got absolutely no reply. I wonder whether I'll ever get a spin off or my money back? Or maybe I'll be spun off into the world of cyber space- never to be sent a spin off again. I've been a customer since 1998- a long time for loyalty. So I'm really disappointed that things have gone so pear shaped. I've sent four emails to you about this. I wonder would you do me the courtesy of replying with a solution to this problem by the end of this week please?

thanks

Chris

Mailservice to the Netherlands has been changed from TNT to a local service called Sand. They allow their "postmen" to hold on to the mail untill they have enough to make the run worthwile.

I'm sure it hasn't been delayed by shipping to Europe because last sunday I spoke to someone in Germany that had it weeks ago.

Will you please, please look into this and change back to TNT mail. Last year every issue arrived around the official On Sale date and I loved that.
