It’s not news that fiber events around the world have been canceled in 2020. Some fiber lovers find themselves waiting until next year to travel to popular festivals, and a few events have adapted to the changing times by hosting abbreviated versions online. This year, the Tour de France has been postponed, too, but not the Tour de Fleece. This beloved fiber tour carries on!
What’s the Tour de Fleece, you ask? If you have never participated before, the Tour de Fleece is an online spin-along for everyone who loves to spin yarn and play with fiber! It’s an opportunity to challenge yourself while connecting with other spinners and having fun, too.
Even after many years, the goal of the Tour de Fleece remains the same: Challenge yourself. Spin. Have fun. The goals you set for yourself are up to you, but challenging yourself is key. And feel free to join as many teams as you like.

When
The 2020 Tour de Fleece takes place Saturday, June 27, through Sunday, July 19, 2020.
Rest Days are Monday, July 6, and Monday, July 13.
Team Spin Off welcomes all skill levels and ages, and our content is rated G.

We will have weekly random prize drawings for Team Spin Off members on Fridays, July 3, 10, and 17, 2020, in the Spin Off Knitters and Spinners group on Ravelry.
